2.Phase 2: Build in Public (Week 3-6)

3.Phase 3: Content-Led SEO (Week 4-12)

Add a generous free tier or freemium model. Make onboarding frictionless. Add viral loops: 'Powered by [Your SaaS]' badges, referral programs, and shareable outputs.
5.Phase 5: Community Engagement (Week 8-16)
Answer questions on Reddit, Quora, and niche forums where your target users hang out. Don't spam — provide genuine value. One helpful Reddit comment can drive 50+ signups.
6.Phase 6: Strategic Partnerships (Week 10-16)
Partner with complementary tools for co-marketing. Guest post on their blogs, do webinar swaps, and create integration partnerships that expose you to their user base.
7.Phase 7: Paid Acquisition (Week 12-20)
Once you've validated product-market fit with organic users, add paid channels. Start with Google Ads on high-intent keywords and retarget website visitors on Facebook/LinkedIn.
8.Phase 8: Scale What Works (Week 16+)
Double down on your top 2 acquisition channels. Most successful SaaS companies get 80% of users from 1-2 channels. Find yours and invest heavily.
