2. Eligibility

To access or use the Service, make any purchase, or create an account, you represent and warrant that:

• →You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• →You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contractual agreement
• →You will provide a valid email address that you own and have access to, for account creation and product delivery
• →You will provide a valid payment method for any purchases, processed securely through Stripe, Inc.
• →You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws of your jurisdiction
• →All information you provide during registration and purchase is accurate, current, and complete

3. Digital Product Policy

• →Digital Products are delivered electronically via email download links and/or your account dashboard after successful payment through Stripe
• →Once a Digital Product has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed, the product is deemed "used" and no refund will be issued
• →You are responsible for providing a valid email address; failed delivery due to invalid emails, full inboxes, or spam filters does not entitle you to a refund
• →All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice; the price at checkout is final

4. Newsletter & Subscription

WHITE LIFE offers a paid Daily News Newsletter subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• →Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle (monthly) at the then-current rate until you cancel. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on file on the same date each month.
• →Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@whitelife.us. Cancellation requests via email will be processed within 24 hours.
• →No Partial Refunds: Subscription fees that have already been billed are non-refundable. No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a billing period.
• →End of Billing Cycle: Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive newsletters until the paid period expires, after which access will cease and no further charges will be made.
• →Newsletter content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to website content, Digital Products, blog posts, newsletter content, graphics, logos, strategies, frameworks, templates, methodologies, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of WHITE LIFE LLC and is protected under applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You expressly agree that you shall NOT:

• →Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or distribute any Digital Product or content in whole or in part
• →Share, forward, upload, or make available any Digital Product to any third party, including through file-sharing services, social media, or email
• →Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit any Digital Product or content
• →Create derivative works based on any Digital Product without prior written consent
• →Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings from any content

6. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, any Digital Product, or any transaction conducted through whitelife.us — including the validity, interpretation, breach, enforcement, or termination of these Terms — shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, and NOT through litigation in any court (except as expressly provided below).

• →Arbitration Venue: All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, United States
• →Governing Rules: Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect
• →Waiver of Jury Trial: By agreeing to these Terms, you knowingly and voluntarily waive your right to a trial by jury in any dispute related to or arising from these Terms or the Service
• →Waiver of Class Action: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in or bring claims as part of any class or collective proceeding
• →Seller's Final Authority: In all matters of dispute interpretation and resolution relating to the Service, Digital Products, and these Terms, the Seller (WHITE LIFE LLC) retains final decision-making authority to the maximum extent permitted by law
• →Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware
• →Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees in connection with the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHITE LIFE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• →Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• →Loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill
• →Any outcome, result, or consequence from applying strategies, ideas, or information discussed in our products, newsletter, or website content
• →Business decisions made based on information in our content
• →Service interruptions, downtime, or inability to access the Service
• →Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content

8. Modification of Terms

WHITE LIFE LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time and at its sole discretion.

• →Effective Immediately: Modified Terms become effective upon posting to whitelife.us, unless otherwise stated
• →Continued Use = Acceptance: Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service
• →Material Changes: For significant or material changes that substantially alter your rights or obligations, WHITE LIFE LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email to the address associated with your account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically
• →The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the most recent modification date

9. Consent Record

When you agree to these Terms — including at account creation, at checkout, or by accepting the Terms gate before downloading any Digital Product — WHITE LIFE LLC records the following information as a verifiable consent record:

• →PDF Receipt: A confirmation receipt of your consent and purchase details will be sent to your email address via our email delivery system. This receipt serves as your proof of agreement and transaction record.
• →Consent records are stored securely in our database and may be used as evidence of your agreement in any dispute or legal proceeding

Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Earnings Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and WHITE LIFE LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
